CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS

The P.A.C.T. Fantasy Football League was formed in 1998 by Bill Odell and T.W. Legeret.  The League originally consisted of 16 teams with owners members of the New Rochelle N.Y. Police Department.  Today the League consists of 4 Conferences and 48 teams.  All Conferences have their own online website and have Conference playoffs.  The League ultimately plays down to 2 teams who compete for the League Super Bowl.  All teams not making the playoffs play in a single elimination Toilet Bowl and there are other playoff games and a Playoff Challenge.
